TRC’s client is a leader in healthcare technology looking for an FP&A Manager to join their growing team on a full-time, direct hire basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic recommendations to support the organization’s growth.
  • Identify, initiate, and manage productivity improvement projects across various departments; collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics to monitor and improve productivity.
  • Lead financial projections and manage the budgeting process, including preparation, consolidation, and analysis; partner with department heads to ensure alignment of budgets with strategic goals.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement; develop and maintain financial models.
  • Manage acquisition / integration performance tracking.
  • Communicate financial performances and key metrics to stakeholders, supporting strategic planning and business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, business finance, or related roles
  • Advanced knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (ex. Excel, ERP systems, BI tools, etc.)
  • Prior management / team leadership experience
  • Exceptional analytical skills and communication abilities within all levels of an organization, including stakeholders, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams

Bonus Skill Sets:

  • Prior experience in mergers and acquisitions, including financial due diligence, valuation, integration, and projections, and the ability to identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets highly preferred
  • Experience as a private equity associate with understanding of private equity investment strategies, analysis, and modeling preferred
