Role Description
This is a contract position for a full-time on-site role for a Site Manager, Automation Project in Louisville, KY. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of automation projects, managing the implementation of robotics, AS/RS, picking and software systems. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure project timelines are met, and provide technical expertise and support.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor s degree graduate
Minimum 3 years of experience in installation and commissioning of automation projects.
Experience in industry of (Fixed & Flexible) Automated Material Handling Systems, Warehouse Automation, Supply Chain & Logistics, 3PL preferred
Strong background in Electrical installation and Automation
Experience in Project Management and Process Automation
Proficiency in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Experience in the intralogistics or robotics industry is a plus
Familiar with CAD to read drawings (Eplan, AutoCAD) and understand
Advanced English verbal, written, and communication skills
