Location: Middletown /Harrisburg, PA( 2-3 days/month) (Locals preferred, Relocation acceptable)
Duration: 12 Months+ Extension
Required Skills -
  • SAP HCM in ECC environment.
  • Need SAP Payroll, Benefits, and Personnel Administration implementation and configuration experience in an ECC environment.
Are you an experienced SAP HCM consultant with expertise in Payroll, Benefits, and Personnel Administration? We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team and lead key functional and technical initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the configuration, implementation, and support of SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Benefits, and Payroll.
  • Configure enterprise and personnel structures, benefit plans, wage types, and financial postings.
  • Collaborate with ABAP developers to design, test, and maintain SAP interfaces and integrations.
  • Utilize SAP programs like HRBEN0052 and execute projects involving third-party vendors.
  • Manage data loads using LSMW and ensure smooth payroll operations.
  • Drive project deliverables, document requirements in Azure DevOps, and lead unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Conduct showbacks, provide knowledge transfer, and assist the support team in troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ yearsof SAP HCM experience in ECC 6.0, focusing on Payroll, Benefits, and Personnel Administration.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP interfaces, infotype configuration, and benefit vendor implementations.
  • Strong expertise in configuring wage types, financial postings, and LSMW data loads.
  • Familiarity with SAP projects, including setting up new benefit plans and 1095-C configurations.
  • Proven experience in working with senior leadership and project sponsors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Information Systems.
  • Proficiency in ITIL/ITSM methodologies, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office 365.
Preferred:
  • Hands-on experience leading SAP HCM implementation projects.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Previous involvement in multiple enhancement projects.
