Job Impulse, Inc. has an several immediate openings for Printing Maintenance Tech in Greenville, SC.
Responsibilities Of a Printing Maintenance Techincludes
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on printing equipment, including lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, such as rollers, belts, and gears.
- Troubleshoot electrical and electronic components, including motors, sensors, and control panels.
- Coordinate with production staff to schedule maintenance and minimize production interruptions.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Recommend improvements to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Performing routine and preventative maintenance on inserting and mailing equipment
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues with machinery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in printing technology.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Problem solving and communication skills
- 3+ years of maintenance experience specifically with mailing equipment
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
