Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Pega Decisioning CDH Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Pega Decisioning CDH (Customer Decision Hub) and Pega Decisioning Engine. This role involves leveraging your expertise to design, implement, and optimize decisioning solutions to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Pega Decisioning CDH solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Utilize Pega Decisioning Engine to build and manage decision strategies, decision tables, and decision trees.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Configure and customize Pega Decisioning CDH to enhance decision-making processes and optimize customer interactions.
  • Perform integration of Pega Decisioning Engine with other systems and applications.
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Pega Decisioning Engine to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Pega Decisioning CDH and Decisioning Engine issues.
  • Document and maintain best practices for Pega Decisioning CDH implementations.
  • Stay current with Pega platform updates and industry trends to ensure the adoption of new features and technologies.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proven experience with Pega Decisioning CDH (Customer Decision Hub).
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Pega Decisioning Engine.
  • Strong understanding of decision strategies, decision tables, and decision trees within Pega.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Pega Decisioning Engine.
  • Experience with integrating Pega solutions with other systems.
  • Ability to perform performance tuning and optimization of Pega Decisioning Engine.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant or similar certification.
  • Experience with other Pega modules or applications.
  • Knowledge of related technologies and platforms.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • years of experience working with Pega Decisioning CDH and Pega Decisioning Engine.
