  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Perform billing data entry and ensure accuracy of billing information
  • Research and resolve missing or incorrect billing data
  • Verify insurance information and update demographic data for prompt payments
  • Communicate with clients and patients through phone calls to address billing issues

What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1+ years of previous work experience in medical billing, AR/AP, or claims/insurance
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
  • Proficiency in alpha-numeric data entry and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in revenue cycle management (RCM) is preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience working successfully in a team environment
