  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business/Technical Analyst with a strong background in Python automation to lead onsite. This role requires a hands-on professional with a proven track record of automating manual processes using Python, while also possessing exceptional communication skills for working with business teams. You will collaborate closely with TechOps teams and use your expertise in Python and MS Excel automation to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead onsite efforts as a Business/Technical Analyst, managing both manual and automation tasks (50%).
  • Develop and implement automation solutions for manual processes using Python.
  • Collaborate with TechOps teams to identify and optimize areas for automation.
  • Leverage Python for MS Excel automation and other technical requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with business teams to gather requirements and provide updates on automation projects.
  • Be hands-on with coding while also managing overall project delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Python with a focus on automation.
  • Previous experience working with TechOps teams.
  • Strong understanding of automating manual processes, particularly using Python.
  • Proficient in MS Excel automation with Python.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with business teams.
  • Ability to manage both technical and business aspects of the role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar onsite lead position.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
