Position Overview

The Integrated Marketing Manager at Mythic Talent is a multifaceted role that requires expertise in event planning/organizing, merchandising, and PR/social media. This role is essential for ensuring the successful execution of various marketing activities and campaigns aimed at promoting our talent and brand clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of influencer marketing dynamics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

As an Integrated Marketing Manager Lead at Mythic Talent, your responsibilities are pivotal in driving the success and growth of marketing campaigns. Here's a breakdown of your key responsibilities:

Event Planning and ExecutionPlan, organize, and execute events (e.g., gaming conventions, influencer meetups, product launches) that align with marketing objectives and brand strategies.Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site supervision.Develop and manage event budgets to ensure cost-effective execution.Integrated Marketing Campaign Management

Coordinate and manage integrated marketing campaigns that combine event planning, merchandising, and PR/social media efforts.Develop detailed campaign plans, set measurable objectives, and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.Track and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.PR and Social Media Management

Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and interact with followers to build a strong online presence.Monitor social media metrics and campaign performance to inform future strategies and improvements.Client Communication and Relationship Management

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and partners, providing regular updates on campaign progress, addressing feedback, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.Merchandising

Develop and implement merchandising strategies to enhance brand and talent visibility and drive sales.Cross collaborates with the Talent, Campaign, and Sales teams to design and produce merchandise that resonates with the target audience.Monitor and analyze merchandising performance to identify trends and optimize product offerings.Project Management

Utilize project management tools and methodologies to effectively manage campaign timelines, tasks, and resources.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.Continuous Learning and Development

Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and advertising.Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving marketing landscape.Campaign Reporting and Presentations

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

2 years of experience in marketing, event planning, merchandising, or a related roleProven track record of successfully managing integrated marketing campaigns from conception to executionStrong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Sheets, Slides, Documents, etc.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive campaign optimization and performanceAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervisionAttention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality resultsFamiliarity with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and advertisingAbility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentContinuous learning mindset, with a commitment to staying updated on the latest marketing trends and innovationsFlexible working schedulePLUSES
