Rakugo Media, a leading player in the digital media and talent management space, is seeking a remote Talent Partnerships Coordinator to join our growing team. We specialize in connecting creators, brands, and agencies for impactful influencer marketing and digital campaigns, partnering with top-tier talent across various platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more.

As a Talent Partnerships Coordinator at Rakugo Media, you will play a crucial role in supporting talent research, outreach, contract negotiations, and maintaining relationships with creators, agencies, and brands. This role will also involve assisting with contract redlining and ensuring all terms meet the best interests of our clients. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, from pre-sale research to post-sale reporting and filing. This position reports directly to our Senior Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach and build relationships with top-tier talent for upcoming campaigns
  • Negotiate contracts for the benefit of influencers, including terms around exclusivity, usage rights, timing, and compensation
  • Assist with redlining contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards
  • Secure partnerships with creators across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Serve as the main liaison between creators, production teams, and brands throughout campaign execution
  • Monitor campaign timelines and budgets to ensure seamless and on-time delivery of talent
  • Assist with administrative duties, including content review and updating internal documents and databases
  • Research and source talent, staying up-to-date on the latest social media trends and platform updates
  • Utilize tools such as TikTok’s Creator Marketplace and other social media platforms to source talent and assess creator fit for campaign briefs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • 2-3 years of experience in talent partnerships, influencer marketing, or related fields
  • Strong interest and knowledge in entertainment and social media, with a particular focus on platforms like TikTok
  • Experience with redlining and reviewing contracts preferred
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with Office 365, Clio (or any other CRM), DropBox Sign, and other digital tools is a plus
