Description:

Perform all activities required by project management professionals including but not limited to Project Integration, Project scope, time & cost Management, Project Communication, Risk Management, conduct Project status meetings, Project Human Resources Management, Project Procurement management, Quality Assurance and General PMO support.

Manager Notes:

We are looking for PM to work on fountain valley office. Need PM 12 years of exp with project management experience, experience in network and telephony refreshes, facility expansion / moves, MPLS/internet circuits, and IDF/MDF builds. This resource will be working 3 days/week onsite from Fountain Valley office.

Essential Functions:

• Project Cost Management Activities
• Human Resource Management Activities
• Project Communication Management Activities
• Risk Project Management Activities
• Project Procurement Management Activities

Job requirement:
1) Minimum 10+ years working experience as a business systems analyst within past year
2) Experienced with infrastructure projects - network refresh, facility migration, cybersecurity compliance
3) Project Management Office (PMO) experience a plus
4) Experience with automotive industry a plus

Skills/Knowledge:
1) Data Analysis Skills (e.g., SQL data extraction, Exporting to MS Excel, data manipulation, Report Formatting, and analysis)
2) Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
3) Strong Analytic, Documentation, and Organizational Skills
4) Efficient with multitasking between multiple projects
5) Ability to support and update MS Project 2016+ schedules

Certification:
1) PMP Certification highly recommended

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range: $65- $75 per hour.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
