Overview: We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) Integration Specialist with expertise in integrating Dynamics CRM with Dynamics for Finance and Accounting. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both Dynamics 365 CRM and Finance and Accounting modules, along with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing integrations between the two systems. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and process automation between customer engagement and financial systems.
Responsibilities:
- Integration Design: Design and architect robust integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics for Finance and Accounting to enable smooth data exchange and streamline business processes.
- System Configuration: Configure and customize Dynamics CRM and Finance and Accounting modules to meet integration requirements and business needs.
- Data Mapping and Transformation: Define data mapping rules and transformation logic to ensure accurate and consistent data exchange between CRM and Finance systems.
- API Development: Develop custom APIs and web services for integrating Dynamics CRM with Finance and Accounting modules, leveraging Microsoft technologies such as Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and custom .NET development.
- Middleware Configuration: Configure middleware platforms (e.g., Azure Integration Services, SSIS) to orchestrate data flow and communication between CRM and Finance systems.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of integration solutions to validate functionality, performance, and data integrity across CRM and Finance systems.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve integration issues and ensure continuous operation of integrated systems.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation including integration requirements, design specifications, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders including business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors to gather requirements, define integration scope, and prioritize implementation tasks.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 CRM and Finance modules, and identify opportunities to enhance integration capabilities and optimize business processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification in Customer Engagement (CRM).
- Proven experience (X years) in designing and implementing integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics for Finance and Accounting.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, data model, and customization capabilities.
- Proficiency in developing custom APIs, web services, and integrations using Microsoft technologies such as Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and .NET framework.
- Experience with middleware platforms for integration orchestration, such as Azure Integration Services, SSIS, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
