Process Analyst

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Process Analyst

As a Process Analyst , you will:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ Years Experience as Process Analyst (preferable in Banking)
• Experience in Banking Industry
• Experience in managing Vehicle Dealers
• Make recommendations for the process based on business needs
• Review / Recommendations for dealer relationships
• Coming up with strategies to address underperforming dealers
• Monitors and tracks Vehicle Dealer performance and addresses any issues.
• Designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.-
• Develops and documents processes, procedures, etc. and/or end-user materials.
• Ensures alignment between stakeholders.
• Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
• Assists with training and transition of processes and tools/templates to appropriate process owner

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $33 - $38 Per Hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
