The team are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to assist with their marketing efforts. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that build brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and boost sales. This role requires someone who is both creative and analytical, with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, branding, and the wearables or digital health industry.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our wearable products across various channels (digital, print, and event-based).
  • Strengthen and maintain the company’s brand image and voice within the digital health/wearables and fitness tech industry.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns, including product launches, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Oversee the company's online presence, including website management, SEO/SEM strategies, and social media marketing efforts.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, athletes, healthcare professionals, and corporate partners to amplify brand presence and enhance product credibility.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing materials, including blog posts, videos, and social media content.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • East Coast based and comfortable travelling
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing with some experience in the wearables/digital health industry
  • Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, including digital and offline channels.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and data analysis platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
