  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

As a Senior Application Developer, you will perform a complete range of information system analyst assignments for the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA). Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, testing, and implementing computer systems and applications
  • Supporting 5 instances of Accela spanning multiple agencies
  • Providing technical support to team members and agency customers
  • Serving as a Technical Consultant to develop solutions and streamline critical business processes
  • Maintaining and modifying existing Accela applications
  • Supporting existing webservices and client server applications as needed

Required Skills:

  • Experience implementing and supporting Accela Civic Platform (Accela Automation) for Licensing and Case Management and Accela Citizen Access
  • Proficiency in reporting (AD HOC, Crystal reports, and SSRS)
  • Accela environment experience:
    • Design, development, code review, and testing
    • Setting up application security roles and best practices for security roles and FIDS
    • Scripting and configuration (event, batch, pageflow, and expression)
  • Microsoft SQL Server database experience
  • Familiarity with Accela's Configuration Manager exports/imports
  • Experience with SVN and GIT code repositories

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Accela GIS
  • Experience with Accela Mobile apps
  • Understanding of Accela payment adapter configurations
  • Experience with Accela Data Migration Tool
