We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee new store openings and hardware rollouts for retail environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale projects related to opening new stores or implementing hardware systems across multiple locations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the store launch or hardware implementation are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of new store openings or hardware rollouts in retail environments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure the smooth deployment of systems, infrastructure, and equipment.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to meet business objectives and deadlines.
  • Ensure that hardware installation, IT infrastructure, and other critical components are deployed and operational before store launch.
  • Identify risks and troubleshoot issues that arise during the store opening or hardware rollout process.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, potential delays, and critical milestones.
  • Collaborate with retail management to align project deliverables with operational requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in retail environments, specifically managing new store openings or hardware rollouts.
  • Strong understanding of retail technologies, including point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management, and in-store hardware.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple locations and large-scale rollouts simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with vendors and managing external relationships to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during project execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with retail store infrastructure planning and IT systems deployment.
  • PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
