  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We're currently hiring a Healthcare Account Manager for a hybrid role in Des Moines, IA. Candidates will be required to work onsite 3 days a week. If you re looking for a new opportunity, apply today!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the organization meets all contractual and performance expectations in regards to quality, timeliness and change management implementation
  • Serve as liaison and primary contact for prime or subcontractors regarding contract performance
  • Manage the relationship with the prime and subcontractors
  • Ensure responsiveness to performance standards, Corrective Action Plans (CAP), and internal audit findings
  • Review findings for appropriateness and implement timely changes as appropriate
Skills & Qualifications:
  • 4 years of healthcare experience of which 2 years are management experience
  • 3 years of experience in account management or major supervisory role as a healthcare payer
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience

The salary range for this position is $87,000 - $120,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
