  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Title: Senior Manager FP&A

Salary: 165K plus Bonus

Location: REMOTE

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Build and develop financial models and analysis to help in business case evaluation for new initiatives, and current investment
  • Track and evaluate performance against KPIs, financial metrics and other benchmark
  • Analyze budgets and supporting schedules to validate completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables, including the presentation of financial results to key business leader
  • Own finance relationship with business partners, establishing trust, building relationships, and gaining a deep understanding of the relevant key driver
  • Integrate new knowledge and skills into daily work as appropriate
  • Assist in monthly analysis of financial statements, including Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports to help identify/quantify initiatives to improve cash flow.
  • Assist in the development of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and multi-year strategic plan
  • Support the month end financial close process
  • Assist with quarterly public company reporting requirements related to investors/board meetings and earning release

Desired Skills and Experience

  • BS/BA in Business, Accounting, or related BS/BA degree with equivalent experience. MBA is a plus
  • 6-8 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A or related experience.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Customer oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers, and other business leader.
  • A sense of urgency and commitment to quality and timely completion of projects.
