Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced recruiter with a focus on the aerospace or manufacturing industries to join our team on a temporary contract basis. This is a 6-month full-time contract role, with a possibility of becoming permanent. Inthis role, you will primarily be supporting on Anaheim, CA operation. Training will be onsite full-time and the position will be hybrid (3 days per week onsite, 2 days remote) thereafter.

You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles across engineering, production, and technical operations. This role requires someone who can quickly adapt, is results-oriented, and can manage a full recruitment cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source and attract candidates through various platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking).
  • Conduct phone and video interviews, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews with department managers.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
  • Utilize Paylocity as our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to keep records of candidates and hiring progress.
  • Assist in negotiating offers and completing the hiring process.
  • Ensure compliance with all hiring and employment laws.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in aerospace, manufacturing, or engineering industries.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing roles or technical roles preferred.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume requisition load and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

The pay range for this role is $27.00-37.00/hour. Please note that this position is not benefits-eligible.
