Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Human Resource Generalist to join our team in Conroe, TX. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering a positive work environment while supporting our manufacturing operations. Responsibilities
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Assist in implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Provide leadership and support to employees, promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and ITAR regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Utilize ERP and accounting software for HR-related tasks and reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to address HR-related issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 certification processes.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience in recruiting and training employees.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with ERP and accounting software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
