JOB TITLE: QC Technician Process (High Purity, Bulk Gas, Specialty Chemicals)LOCATION: Sunnyvale, CAJOB DESCRIPTIONThe QC Technician - Process will focus on ensuring quality standards are met for process systems, including high purity systems, bulk gas, and specialty chemicals. The role includes inspecting process system installations during preconstruction, construction, and commissioning. You will collaborate with design professionals, contractors, and craftspeople to resolve technical and coordination challenges related to the process systems scope.RESPONSIBILITIES

- Schedule and coordinate inspections for process systems (high purity, bulk gas, spec chemicals).
- Perform onsite inspections and verify that all process system installations meet project specifications, codes, and quality standards.
- Ensure that all trade contractors are following approved QA/QC plans for process systems.
- Attend QA/QC meetings and report on process system installation quality.
- Perform offsite inspections of process equipment fabrication and installation.
- Resolve technical and coordination issues related to process systems.
- 2+ years of experience in quality control for process systems, including high purity, bulk gas, and specialty chemicals.
- Familiarity with process system installation and commissioning.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and field management software (BIM360 Field, Procore, Latista).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in process engineering, system installation, or process equipment inspections.
- Knowledge of process system codes and standards, especially in high purity and specialty chemicals.
