Who we are:

Memorial is a leading Healthcare provider based in Istanbul, Turkey, established. With 11 hospitals and over 1200 medical staff we serve more then a million patients per year. The majority of our 110.000 annual International patients come to us for complex medical care solutions such as Oncoloy, Organ transplant, Orthopedics, Cardiogoly, İVF, Neurology.

As part of our International expansion we are looking for an individual that will establish our presence in The USA and build up our business across the entire country.

This person should have a pioneer / founder mentality, with the willingness and ability to create a business from 0-to-1 including establishing the office, building up a team as well as a sales presence locally, and naturally be able to lead a larger team down the road.

The role can be based out of any larger city in The USA and would require to spearhead the expansion of our world-class complex medical services to patients in the country.

What you will do:

  • Lead the growth of the group's services in The USA.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
  • Oversee and manage the operations of the group in the USA.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Represent the group at industry events and conferences.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Who you are & What you have:

  • İndepth knowledge of the US Healthcare ecosystem including treatments, pricing and competitive landscape
  • A deployable network within healthcare to bring our services to market
  • 5+ years of commercial experience in ideally both B2B and B2C Sales
  • 10+ years' Experience in team management and development
  • 10 years + Experience in the healthcare industry with an active network in the relevant market
  • Experience with (Digital) Marketing is a plus
  • İndepth knowledge of the US healthcare system, its stakeholders, dynamics, challenges and pricing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Native in English
