  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Pay Range: $19 - $20.50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This position is responsible for working with various areas within the company to successfully implement products and services for customers.
  • Acts as the primary internal contact.
  • Coordinates activities with various departments to ensure that customer's products and services are successfully implemented in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. Resolves issues relating to missing or conflicting product information and documentation by communicating and coordinating efforts with customers, sales staff, relationship managers, operations, bankers and/or legal staff where applicable.
  • Answer Voicemail.
  • Special Handling/Expedite request for Card orders - Myca Rewards / Gift Cards to CPI/FOS.
  • Respond to Email Enquiry related to purchase , Order status, Tracking. Cancelled Order.
  • Card Replacement Request.
  • Digital Card Resend invite/ Username.
  • Reset MYCA Password.
  • Card Unload Request.
  • Check Processing for Rewards Card Order.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Skills-Banking, Excel/ Salesforce, Customer Service.
  • Someone who is a quick learner, someone who enjoys learning new things. Computer Savy IE excel experience.
  • A candidate who has client/ customer facing experience in a professional setting.
  • Office experience IE excel and word, Salesforce is a plus not a requirement.
  • This is a client facing role.
  • NO overtime required
