Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers, technicians, and inspectors across multiple sites to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance programs to enhance product quality and reliability.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues in real-time.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate training and development programs for quality personnel to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers, to address quality-related concerns and improve product offerings.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, outlining trends, issues, and recommendations.
- Stay current with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness in the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably within the plastics or rubber manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development.
