  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers, technicians, and inspectors across multiple sites to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance programs to enhance product quality and reliability.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues in real-time.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate training and development programs for quality personnel to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers, to address quality-related concerns and improve product offerings.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, outlining trends, issues, and recommendations.
  • Stay current with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably within the plastics or rubber manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development.
