Regional Training Manager Compensation & Benefits

  • Upwards of 70K base
  • Quarterly Bonus & Profit Sharing

Regional Training Manager Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on designing and delivering training programs producing an intended result
  • Strong understanding of QSR operations; high focus on drive times and speed of quality food and service
  • Ability to assess training needs, develop a detail plan for achieving success
  • Proven ability to leverage adult learning theory to design and implement training programs that drive operational excellence and consistent adherence to standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with across teams.

Regional Training Manager Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and facilitating training programs tailored to meet the needs of employees at all levels.
  • Implement engaging learning sessions aligned with our company culture and business goals, utilizing various delivery methods.
  • Collaborate closely with the organization leaders and management to identify leadership potential within the organization.
  • Develop and mentor team members to enhance performance and improve program effectiveness.
  • Coordinate training development plans across regions to ensure consistency and effectiveness
