The Marketing Manager reports directly to the V.P. Marketing Electrical Division.

Marketing Manager is responsible for ongoing marketing activities in the Electrical Division. They are involved in creating and implementing Marketing Strategies. Implements promotional and advertising campaigns; tracking sales data; maintaining promotional materials inventory; planning meetings and trade shows; maintaining databases; preparing reports for Techspan s Electrical division.

Main responsibilities:

  • Implements marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Tracks product line sales and evaluates Sales and Marketing initiatives
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data
  • Tracks and manages ROI for marketing programs
  • Manage Direct Marketing Funds program
  • Assist in the development of the marketing strategy for the Electrical Division
  • Collaborate directly with customers to support merchandising and marketing initiatives
  • Manages the Digital Marketing Coordinator whose responsibilities include website management, social media marketing and digital advertising initiatives
  • Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests
  • Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
  • Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; joining industry leadership committees; reading trade publications.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in marketing roles
  • Experience in B2B Industrial or Electrical Industry a plus
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and narratives.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM platforms.
