  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Note: Veterans Affairs experience is mandatory.

The Opportunity:

The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with developers, testers, and business to identify the functional requirements needed to enhance existing VA Pharmacy applications. Use existing user documentation and existing test environments to attain application knowledge. Document user stories and facilitate requirements elaboration meetings to obtain Business Owner approval on the proposed features.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience without B.A./B.S.
  • 4+ years of experience with B.A./B.S.
  • 1+ years of experience creating User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
  • 1+ years of experience engaging with Stakeholders, Agile Scrum teams, and cross-functional teams
  • 1+ years of experience working with JIRA, technical documentation, and Office 365 applications
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks to include scrum ceremonies
  • Ability to present analytical/organization skills, and verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize a product backlog
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

Nice If You Have:

  • 1+ years of experience with SAFe Agile, a plus
  • 1+ years of experience with VistA, a plus
  • 1+ years of experience in the pharmacy and/or healthcare domains
  • Ability to support development on multiple applications simultaneously
  • VA/GFE preferred, BA Experience, VistA knowledge, Pharmacy knowledge, and Jira/Agile
