How you make a difference:

The Senior Director of Regional Operations is responsible for overseeing and directing operational projects and strategies across the division to ensure the field operational teams have the proper programs, policies, operational controls, reporting procedures, and people systems in place. This role ensures that all operations align with organizational goals, maintain high-quality patient care standards, optimize financial performance, and comply with healthcare regulations. Provide strategic divisional oversight and driving operational corrective action plans, business initiatives and special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic oversight for operational corrective actions, business initiatives, and special projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, patient care, and performance, staying updated with healthcare best practices and trends.

Manage complex, region-wide projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet deadlines, budgets, and resolve challenges during execution.

Ensure regulatory compliance and company policy adherence across all facilities, focusing on patient safety and quality care.

Collaborate with corporate functions and regional leaders to achieve clinical, service, and operational objectives, while participating in RFP bids, CPI increases, and service pricing.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or other health related field.

Master’s Degree preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 5+ years of healthcare operations experience is required. 3+ years of operational leadership experience is required. Experience in Correctional healthcare experience highly preferred.

Experience managing/supporting regional leadership teams

Licenses/Certifications

NCCHC-CCHP certification preferred
