  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

As a Full Time Assistant Property Manager, YOU are the face of YOUR property, and your passion for building positive relationships with both residents and program staff will result in a rewarding career opportunity. Acting as the first line of response to residents, you will communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging tone, and increase your knowledge and ability to work with diverse populations. You are also responsible for operating "smooth sailing", ensuring the property is in compliance with all regulations of the local rental codes. We strongly believe and support "work families"; building a positive work relationship with additional property staff and vendors is ideal. We look forward to making Paramark your home away from home. This position is located at Hillside Park Apartments.

Skills & Knowledge Required
  • Property management experience preferred
  • Affordable Housing Paperwork experience (required)
  • Patience, flexibility, ability to listen, assertiveness, and compassion
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible, organized, self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new computer programs,
  • Experience with Yardi software a Plus
