Pay: $62hr to $78hr depending on experience level
Work Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid)
Project Overview:
The team is responsible for driving enterprise and educational adoption of a specific software platform and associated tools among customers globally. We are seeking a candidate to help execute our sales enablement strategy for this business.
Overall Responsibilities:
As a Sales Enablement Program Manager, you will report to the enablement team and be responsible for the development and administration of various sales enablement initiatives. This includes maintaining our internal and external Learning Management Systems (LMS), reviewing and updating existing content to ensure relevance, and supporting sellers in leveraging these tools. You will also collaborate with the team to facilitate the development of new learning modules.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Review and update content in our Learning Management Systems to ensure it is current and applicable.
Assist with the day-to-day learning experience, addressing user issues, documenting solutions, collecting data, and collaborating with content contributors to enhance learning outcomes.
Support the broader enablement team in creating new learning modules, including coordinating with subject matter experts, developing training videos and quizzes, and scheduling training sessions with regional sales teams.
Skills/Experience/Education:
Mandatory:
Bachelor s Degree
Strong project management skills or equivalent experience
Experience with Learning Management Software
Proficiency in Google Slides
Basic video editing skills
Desired:
Experience with learning management system administration
Previous sales enablement experience
Experience in sales and/or marketing
Pay Details: $62.00 to $78.00 per hour
