Our Hosted Platform Solutions team is seeking an Advisory Level Operation Coordination Administrator to join us. In this role, you will act as a vital link between the Corporate Project Office and various teams, ensuring that highly complex and diverse projects are aligned and completed on time. This position requires an individual who can work independently to develop and execute a demand management framework. You will be responsible for prioritizing work, scheduling resources, and monitoring the scope and progress of infrastructure implementation projects. Your broad expertise and knowledge will be essential in managing significant and unique projects that contribute to the organization’s success.

This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from any location within the United States, typically following an 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Central schedule. Occasional travel for meetings, conferences, or training sessions may be required.

The salary for this position ranges from $78,585 to $117,982, depending on various factors, including geographical location, and will be determined by the hiring manager.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintains detailed project schedule that includes standard tasks and milestones necessary to complete software development projects.
  • Monitors project scope and progress to adjust project plans and resource assignments as needed.
  • Assists with development of effective project status updates to ensure that progress is successfully monitored.
  • Monitors progress of projects and provides status updates to resource managers.
  • Creates, updates and maintains implementation and resource availability calendars.
  • Creates project folders and establishes projects in information management systems.
  • Assists with billing and other administrative processes associated with projects.
  • Provides regularly written implementation updates at a department level.
  • Coordinate meetings, including travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Monitors incoming cases and contracts to ensure that projects are created and scheduled in a timely manner
  • Maintains the department revenue backlog to ensure that contracts are being recognized when the project is considered active.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • At least 10 years of project management experience, adept at adapting to project changes, meeting deadlines, and collaborating effectively with teams.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven expertise in building, organizing, and executing all aspects of Workload Management and Lifecycle Management.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time for meetings, training sessions, or conferences.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe Agile) Certification.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow Demand Management tools or Jira.
  • Experience in Continuous Process Improvement.
