Our client is seeking a motivated and personable Admissions Representative to join their team in Atlanta. This role focuses on enrolling students in healthcare programs, including Medical Assisting, Phlebotomy, Medical Lab Technician, and Nursing Assistant. The Admissions Representative will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information about programs, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for applicants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Student Enrollment: Engage with prospective students to explain program offerings, including Medical Assisting, Phlebotomy, Medical Lab Technician, and Nursing Assistant.
  • Admissions Process: Guide students through the entire admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and requirements are met.
  • Program Knowledge: Provide detailed information on program curricula, career outcomes, and the benefits of entering the medical field through these programs.
  • Outreach and Recruitment: Actively participate in outreach efforts to attract potential students, including attending job fairs, community events, and networking opportunities.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective students to ensure they have all the information they need to make informed decisions about their education.
  • Admissions Goals: Meet or exceed established enrollment targets by actively managing a pipeline of prospective students.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Admissions or Sales: Prior experience in admissions, recruitment, or sales is preferred.
