This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you'll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. What It's Like

Legal Technologies team builds technical solutions to support the Legal & Emergency Response group at T-Mobile to respond to legal demands from various government agencies.

What You'll Do

As a Software Engineer Intern on our energetic team, you'll get practical experience creating advanced software with current technologies and frameworks. You'll collaborate with skilled developers on coding and design, in a setting that prioritizes quality engineering and customer-focused design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help develop and test web applications.
  • Work with senior developers on projects.
  • Use user-centered design principles in development.
  • Join agile processes and team meetings.
  • Enhance existing software and create new features.
  • Work with team to break down features into user stories and estimates them.
  • Learn new technologies and stays updated on emerging engineering practices.


What It Takes
  • T-Mobile requires U.S. citizenship for certain roles within the organization. This role requires U.S. citizenship. Individuals hired into this role will be required to submit documentation proving U.S. citizenship within the first 7 days of hire - failure to do so will result in termination.
  • Technical Skills: Java, Springboot, Angular JS, Kubernetes. Docker. DBMS - Postgres/Oracle


Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program
  • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships

Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on experience/location.
