Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide finance thought partnership on business strategy to CEO

2. Conduct full accounting processing, prepare financial statements according to US GAAP requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

3. Complete monthly financial statements and other settlement data as required by the Group company, and assist with routine account inspections.

4. Complete process audits and management monitoring tasks according to company management policies.

5. Liaise with local audit and other external supervision agencies for financial inspections.

6. Assist tax firms in receiving reminders and notifications from various US tax authorities and respond accordingly.

7. Assist tax agents in completing tax filings for various US taxes and assess tax risks.

8. Assist tax agents in identifying tax risks during the execution of US business operations and provide tax-related advice.

9. Assist with on-site bank settlement work and online payment platform interface tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance related.

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in finance of mfg. industry, more than 5 years of

proven successful leadership experience in finance in multinational company.

• Certified Public Accountant designation preferred.

• Solid US financial reporting technical skills.

• Familiar with ERP system with go-live experience from 0-1.

• Strategic thinking, Strong finance planning and analytical and conceptional

capabilities.

• Have rich network with financing channels is preferred.

• Proficient in budget development and forecasting system.

• Familiar with manufacturing cost management, Cost accounting experience in the

manufacturing industry is a must.

• Good at problem solving.

• Excellent management and supervisory skills.

• Knowledge of local tax regulations.

• Cash & Net Working Capital Management.

• Proficient in database and accounting computer application systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and relationship building skills.

• Sound negotiation skills.

• Self-driven, willing to take challenges.

• Purse continuous improvement, prepare to roll up sleeve and get things done.

• Engaged, work under pressure, working with passion and sense of responsibility.

• Work well in global and multi-culture environment is preferred.
