Job Description

Contribute to all aspects of the user lifecycle management and retention marketing to ensure the continuous growth of the online business. Develop evergreen automated campaigns, user journeys and ad hoc promotions, as well as optimization and testing methodologies.

  • Support and execute CRM program strategy including target identification, promotion planning, and touchpoint timing to maximize KPIs to maximize conversion and loyalty. Support the flawless execution of campaigns including conversion, retention, up-sell, cross-sell, and reactivation.
  • Contribute to copywriting, proofreading, and editing communication channels including email, push notifications, and other messaging.
  • Monitor promotional calendar, project timelines, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist in end-to-end campaign review prior to launch to ensure all aspects are consistent with Marketing standards.
  • Compile campaign results and contribute to initial analysis of promotions and offers.
  • Maintain Active Games list and lead the marketing of new game launches.
  • Collaborate on Graphics/Creative requests and third-party vendor order fulfillment.
  • Facilitate prize distribution to promotion winners through email or phone calls and coordinate the physical transfer of prizes to winners.
  • Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external peers to ensure campaign deliverability.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulations and legislation, ensuring that all risks within areas of responsibility are identified and managed effectively.
  • Performs all additional duties as assigned.

Required Experience

  • Bachelors Degree or 1+ year experience in a CRM, email marketing, and retention role for a B2C brand
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills
  • Experience in online gaming is an advantage
  • Strong data-oriented and marketing skills, highly fluent in Microsoft Excel
  • Previous experience with HTML coding is an advantage
  • High level of marketing writing skills is a must for this role, excellent communicator across all channels: emails, push notifications and web
  • Need to obtain a PA and/or NJ gaming license
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
