As an Account Based Marketing Specialist at Tillo you'll be responsible for creating an array of highly targeted, multi-channel ABM programs and strategies that drive demand, generate awareness, and build and accelerate pipeline with enterprise prospects and customers

We're looking for a proactive individual to work closely with Hannah, VP of Marketing and Nathan, US Marketing Campaign Manager to build the ABM strategy and ultimately develop a measurement plan to ensure we have proper visibility on all ABM programs and their results.

We re the market leader in the UK and are active in a number of other markets including Europe, Australia and India. This year we will continue to expand our presence in the US as well as setting up operations in new countries

If successful you'll have the unique opportunity to work closely with our CEO and co-founder, Alex Preece. This role offers you the chance to become one of the founding members of our US operation!

If successful, you will
  • Develop data-driven marketing strategies and integrated 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns that successfully engage key contacts at target accounts and ultimately generate and accelerate sales opportunities.
  • Understand the buyers within target enterprise accounts pain points, demographics and how/why they buy.
  • Partner with the Marketing Campaign Manager, digital marketing, content marketing and creative teams to plan, organize and execute engaging, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Use analytics and insights to profile and target ideal target accounts and contacts.
  • Communicate all campaign plans, activities, and feedback through regular communication and follow up with the rest of marketing and the sales organization.
  • Track program results, measure program success and report metrics to sales and marketing stakeholders and executives.
  • Help define ABM budget needs; manage and work within budget.
  • Utilise Reachdesk to send targeted campaigns to prospects across all stages of the buyer funnel.

About You
  • You have experience planning and executing ABM campaigns, ideally within SaaS
  • You're highly collaborative, used to working closely with leadership team and sales executives to develop marketing processes, strategies and content requirements
  • You've used a platform like Reachdesk or Sendoso in order to create targeted campaigns
  • You've got an analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting on campaign performance metrics
  • You're an effective communicator, with a proven ability to lead projects and cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success
  • You've got experience with an ABM martech stack (Hubspot, Demandbase, Zoominfo or similar)
