About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical team member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing website performance through data-driven insights, enhancing the user experience by curating categories, landing pages, and product detail pages, and ensuring the overall presentation of our site drives conversion. You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop seasonal content strategies and monitor trends in the marketplace to identify new merchandising opportunities. Additionally, you will support B2B growth initiatives, manage product life cycles, and assist in the creation of product features and media content. Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze current assortment performance to optimize website performance.
  • Curate categories, landing pages, and product detail pages that drive conversion.
  • Monitor and audit website content such as site search, online navigation, product sorting & boosting rules and overall site presentation based on analytics.
  • Participate in cross-functional seasonal planning to develop site content calendar incl. merchandise themes and storytelling across categories to drive conversion, sales and margin.
  • Monitor user-generated content (reviews and social media) to drive on-site merchandising opportunities.
  • Identify merchandising trends, opportunities; Monitor the marketplace and competitive set for trends and new ideas related to the online consumer shopping experience and site presentation.
  • Support and assist Sr Merchandise Marketing Specialist in product-related tasks such as US-specific collection development, creation of online product features and specifications (fit guides, technical specs, etc.), support in photo retouching, preparation of photo shootings, video/photo production organization as well as fashion show organization.
  • Maintain product knowledge of current and future merchandise assortments.
  • Support our growing B2B channels by leveraging product expertise and analytical insights to develop product launch strategy per channel, product lifecycle management, promotion management.
  • Drive all strategies using data analysis and KPIs.
  • Additional duties and projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 1-2+ years in eCommerce or merchandising preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, required.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite required.
  • Basic understanding of UX best practices and experience optimizing PLP, PDP, navigation, on-site search, filtering, etc. and validate with a test-and-adjust mindset preferred.
  • Knowledge of business reporting and Google Analytics preferred.
  • Interest and knowledge of market and fashion trends.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for numbers.
  • Strong ability to work independently while supporting team as needed.
