In this role we require an individual with a strong background in IT services and Life Sciences to join our team. In this role, you will not only manage client relationships and oversee project delivery but also spearhead account farming and mining initiatives to maximize revenue growth and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional relationship-building skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of driving business expansion within existing client accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management : Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for our Life Sciences clients. Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, business leaders, and IT decision-makers. Understand client objectives, pain points, and strategic priorities to identify opportunities for value-added services and solutions.

• Account Farming and Mining: Drive account expansion and revenue growth through proactive farming and mining activities. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client accounts by analyzing their business needs, technology landscape, and growth potential. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to develop account plans and strategies for revenue acceleration.

• Oversee Project Delivery and Execution: Responsible for the successful delivery of IT projects and services for Life Sciences, ensuring alignment with project scope, timeline, and budget. Work closely with internal delivery teams, including project managers, developers, and solution architects, to drive project success. Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

• Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate regular communication and collaboration between clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors. Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, expectations, and deliverables. Manage escalations and address client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

• Strategic Account Planning and Growth: Develop strategic account plans and roadmaps to drive long-term growth and expansion within existing client accounts. Identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive threats to inform account strategies. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to penetrate new markets and segments.

• Client Satisfaction and Retention: Monitor client satisfaction levels through feedback sessions, surveys, and performance reviews. Proactively address any concerns or dissatisfaction and implement corrective actions to improve client experience and loyalty. Ensure high levels of client retention through exceptional service delivery and value creation.

• Financial Management and Revenue Forecasting: Oversee financial aspects of client engagements, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and revenue recognition. Ensure accurate and timely billing according to contractual terms and project milestones. Monitor project profitability and financial performance to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals

Minimum qualifications:

• Relevant experience Account and Client management experience

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Proven track record of managing successful client engagements, driving revenue growth, and achieving high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of the organization.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute account plans and growth strategies effectively.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

• Experience in strategic account management, business development, or sales is highly desirable.

Preferred qualifications /Skills:

• Experience of process management or ownership is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
