  • 3 to 5 years minimum administrative assistant experience, including two years experience working with upper management and/or executives.
  • Intermediate skills of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and typing (at least 45 words per minute), and knowledge of One Note and SharePoint.
  • Effectively and professionally communicates with individuals within and external to the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

-The position exists primarily to assist and support a specified Vice President or Vice Presidents of the organization in the day-to-day operations of the office, and to maintain the smooth and efficient operations of their reporting departments.

-This is accomplished with little or no supervision, and requires excelling in customer service, prioritization, and attention to detail.
