We are seeking a dynamic Traveling Field Client Service Representative to join our team. This role not only focuses on building lasting client relationships through excellent service but also offers the chance to grow our business through proactive sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site customer support and service to existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution of any issues.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and offering solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for lead generation and new sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to pursue new business leads and close sales.
  • Educate clients and leads on Community Solar
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow up on potential sales opportunities in person and remotely.
  • Document and report service activities, client interactions, and sales leads.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets in both service delivery and sales.
  • 100% on the road.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in client service, fieldwork, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to identify and act on opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a service schedule.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with using CRM systems and basic technology tools.
