Job Title: Document Administrator

Job Description:
  • Document Management: Work with Quality, Engineering and IT to establish and integrate document control into existing definition release and management processes.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for document management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance document control consistency and accuracy.
  • Training and Support: Train and provide ongoing support to team members in document control systems and processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to ensure a standard implementation of document control requirements and provide regular updates on the progress of document control.
Experience:
  • Ideally 5-8 years of experience in creation and management of document control systems, with experience using PLM software.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements (intellectual property, export control, etc.)
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify and resolve document control challenges, streamline processes, and improve efficiency.
Communication Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to train and support team members effectively.
