Key Responsibilities
Hours: 9am-6pm
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in the office; Tuesday, and Thursday remote. Additional in-office days are required for event preparation. If events fall on a Tuesday or Thursday, you are required to be in the office.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of high-impact events
- Develop and implement event marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and success.
- Oversee on-site event management, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
- Analyze event performance, including metrics such as attendance, engagement, and ROI, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective yet high-quality outcomes.
- Experience in event management, with a proven track record of successful event execution.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, capable of overseeing multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work with both internal and external teams.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Ability to adapt and problem-solve under pressure during events.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Travel and weekends are required if there are any events out of state.
