Responsibilities of theEntryLevelAssistant Manager:
- Support sales management by analyzing gross sales reports, enhancing profit margins, and developing strategic sales initiatives to boostcustomerretention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the sales team through effective, respectful communication
- Participate in comprehensive training sessions to develop leadership skills, master core company values, and stay updated on current promotions and deals

- Proven success in management, sales, leadership, or communications
