Job Title: Organizational Change Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand the current state and future direction of our client's Change Navigator.
- Identify the gap between the current and desired state.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive plan to bridge this gap.
- Create and present content to facilitate this organizational change.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in initiating and managing organizational change.
- Proficiency in developing presentations and marketing materials using standard office tools (MS Office, Outlook).
- Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management.
- Experience in tailoring presentations to suit various audiences.
- Strong executive presence and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with JIRA.
- ProSci certification or organizational management certification.
