Our client, a clothing and homeware manufacturer, is seeking an entrepreneurial and organized Product Coordinator to support their Children's Product line in the successful planning, development, and launch of products. The Product Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring product accuracy, managing samples, and providing valuable data insights to support product performance evaluation. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for product development and a knack for managing multiple tasks efficiently!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact with suppliers to confirm costing, component details, and production timelines, ensuring smooth information flow and addressing any queries.
  • Collect and organize relevant product data, including sales performance, market research, and customer feedback, to aid in evaluating product success and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Oversee and manage product samples, including tracking, requesting, and inventory maintenance to ensure the availability of current and accurate samples for testing and quality control.
  • Work closely with product management, design, and marketing teams to support the development process and assist in meeting key project milestones.
  • Maintain and update product item cards, specifications, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for cross-functional teams.
  • Support product testing efforts by organizing and conducting sample tests, collecting feedback, and documenting results to verify product quality and performance.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the product team, including scheduling, meeting preparation, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and data management skills.
  • Experience in a Product Management role within consumer goods (internship experience will be considered), ideally within children's goods
  • Ability to communicate effectively with external partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • Previous experience in product management or coordination is a plus.
  • Bachelors degree preferred
