As our HR Generalist, you’ll play a key role in cultivating a high-performance, inclusive, and positive work environment. You’ll work across HR functions, from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee relations and engagement initiatives. Reporting directly to the Director of HR, you’ll also collaborate closely with teams across the company to enhance the employee experience and support our workforce with care, consistency, and integrity.

What You’ll Do

  • Talent Acquisition: Support recruiting efforts
  • Onboarding and Training: Ensure new hires feel welcomed, valued, and set up for success.
  • Employee Relations: Be a trusted advisor for employees and managers, providing guidance on policies, resolving issues with empathy, and promoting a culture of respect and transparency.
  • Engagement and Retention: Champion our employee engagement programs, recognize achievements, and support wellness initiatives.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies, and support reporting and HR metrics.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Oversee the payroll and benefit administration

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field,
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably within retail or luxury retail
  • Experience with HRIS systems, specifically ADP Comprehensive Services and proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of HR laws and practices
