Location: Southwest Suburban Atlanta, GA
Shifts Available: Day Shift (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Mon-Thurs) and 2nd Shift (additional $1.00/hour)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate with overtime paid at time and a half, plus attractive benefits including 401K matching and relocation assistance.

Position Summary:
We are seeking two Maintenance Technicians (one for day shift and one for 2nd shift) with extensive experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, and valve maintenance. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and troubleshooting various equipment and site property in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain, service, and troubleshoot equipment, making necessary mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Focus on valve experience related to hydraulics and pneumatics, particularly in die-cast production environments.
Level I Responsibilities:
- Pneumatics: Work with pneumatic systems and principles of compressed air.
- Hydraulics: Identify basic components of hydraulic circuits.
- Plumbing: Understand schedule ratings of pipes and fittings.
- Electrical: Install 120 and 480 volt circuits.
Level II Responsibilities:
- Pneumatics: Troubleshoot air logic systems using schematics.
- Hydraulics: Explain force and energy transmission in hydraulic circuits.
- Plumbing: Layout, install, and interpret plumbing systems and codes.
- Electrical: Wire transformers, read/write schematics, and troubleshoot PLC systems.
- Welding: Perform various welding techniques.
Level III Responsibilities:
- Pneumatics: Install air logic controls from schematics.
- Hydraulics: Troubleshoot complex hydraulic circuits and identify pump types.
- General Maintenance: Utilize fabrication equipment for maintenance tasks.
- Level I: High school diploma or GED; 1-2 years of related experience.
- Level II: High school diploma or GED; 2-4 years of related experience.
- Level III: Technical training certificate or Associate s Degree; 6-8 years of related experience.
- Ability to use hands for manipulation and control.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Exposure to loud noise, extreme heat, and various hazardous conditions.
