Role: Scrum Master Location: Remote Payment: Invoicing only (NO NOMINA - Resico or Honorarios) Overview: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile and Six Sigma methodologies. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of project management experience, relevant certifications, and hands-on experience with Cumulative Flow Diagrams (CFD) and Azure DevOps. You will be responsible for leading Agile projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards while adapting to changing project needs. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple Agile projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Implement Agile and Six Sigma methodologies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness. Utilize Cumulative Flow Diagrams to visualize and track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and optimize workflows. Use Azure DevOps to manage project tasks, backlogs, and sprint planning, ensuring transparency and team collaboration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations. Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively to ensure project success. Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting strong leadership and team management. Ensure adherence to quality standards and project deadlines. Apply SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles to scale Agile processes across the organization. Drive continuous improvement by encouraging retrospective insights and action items. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in project management or Scrum Master roles. SAFe and Agile certifications required (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster - CSM, SAFe Scrum Master). Azure DevOps experience is a must. Proficient in Cumulative Flow Diagrams and Agile project tracking tools. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), Six Sigma, and other process improvement techniques. Strong leadership and team management abilities with experience in leading cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello). Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
