We are entering the Florida market and looking for a strong operator to join our team as the General Manager, Florida.

As the General Manager, you will work in tandem with your dyad Medical Director to ensure the consistent performance of all clinics within your region, collaborating closely with both your teams and Nira’s central teams. As the heartbeat of the region, you will balance a deep understanding of operational details with a high-level strategic perspective.

Your primary focus will be coaching and mentoring clinic leaders, deploying operational initiatives, and driving revenue and EBITDA growth through optimization strategies. As a coach to your team and a change agent, you will cultivate a thriving culture, enhance P&L performance, and achieve operational excellence.

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer and serving as the operational liaison to Nira’s HQ, you will regularly reflect your region's performance, highlighting risks and opportunities to ensure continuous improvement and success.

Responsibilities:

Leadership & day-to-day management:

  • Work in partnership with Market Medical Director to oversee all activities in-market.
  • Ensure clinical quality, revenue and EBITDA, patient satisfaction, and team metrics are hit consistently
  • Provide strategic leadership and supervision to direct reports and all non-clinical staff, leading a high-performing, effective, and efficient team. Ensure scalability of organization by supporting growth & training of existing team members and hiring new team members & leaders as needed.
  • Serve as the main operational liaison with Nira HQ, providing frequent reporting & updates
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote best practices across your market.

Grow & support scale of the market:

  • Partner with Nira Medical HQ & market medical director on budget development & implementation
  • Develop and execute strategies to support all clinics in your region to achieve exceptional clinical, operational, and growth outcomes.
  • Facilitate recruiting & de novo expansion in market
  • Shape the creation of key operational and growth initiatives and lead all local implementation
  • Collaborate with Nira’s central infusion, research, and growth teams to shape and implement key priorities

Be the market expert:

  • Implement data-driven and qualitative insights to optimize clinic performance & outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other Operations Directors across the Nira Medical network
  • Ensure documentation & SOP creation for all processes across the market
  • Enable market-level implementation of existing and new technology

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in operations within healthcare
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing teams
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L ownership.
  • Significant experience working with physicians and advanced practice providers.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare technology.
  • Experience in neurology, infusion, and buy-and-bill drugs is preferred.
