What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers post-sales, ensuring onboarding, enablement, and value realization
  • Engage with customer stakeholders to determine product goals and support adoption and health metrics
  • Develop and manage customer relationships, identifying and nurturing champions within the organization
  • Drive customer satisfaction by delivering tailored value stories and demonstrating product ROI
  • Conduct customer training sessions, both digital and face-to-face, to fulfill customer needs

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Accredited secondary education with a background in customer engagement and adoption
  • Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in the Microsoft product suite
  • Knowledge of publishing and SaaS products is highly valued
  • Exceptional communication skills, including fluency in English
  • Proven problem-solving and project management skills with experience in engaging presentations

  • Experience in a customer success or customer engagement role within a SaaS or publishing environment
  • Familiarity with the broader information and analytics landscape
  • Ability to work effectively in international and matrixed organizations
