About the Position
Cherry Street Energy is seeking a Full-Cycle Account Executive to play a crucial role in driving our growth by acquiring new clients and managing a portfolio of existing accounts. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting and closing new deals to nurturing and expanding relationships with current clients. Your ability to understand client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and build strong relationships will be key to your success. You will be responsible for:
New Account Acquisition:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Negotiate and close new sales deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
Portfolio Account Management:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide solutions.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Foster trust and credibility with clients through consistent and transparent communication.
- Supporting Growth, Design, RFP, and Rate Teams as needed
You’re the right person for this job if you:
- Have B2B sales experience with a focus on strategic enterprise selling
- Have PV experience
- Are a team player with a deep desire for collaborative work
- Maintain an exceptionally high attention to detail in documentation and communication
